A Night by the Campfire Theme MealI executed a "Night by the Campfire' theme meal for the UVA Hospital main cafeteria and west cafeteria. We served over 300 staff members and patient families. I was responsible for developing the budget, pricing, ingredient order and menu with the Executive Chef. We made a profit of over $1000 for the hospital.

Football Party Patient Test Tray
I developed a patient test tray that consisted of pulled chicken, homemade sweet potato fries and fresh coleslaw. I worked with the Executive Chef and patient services manager to create a meal that worked for heart healthy, consistent carbohydrate and diabetic diets.
